CLUE: Take a cab to National Orchid Garden and find your next clue.

DETOUR: DRY or WET

DRY search several streets, all with similar names, for a particular building. Once inside, you would need to locate a room containing Singaporean TV star Phua Chu Kang. [However, the elevators in the building don't stop at all floors, making it more difficult for the racers to find the room.]
