THE SURVIVOR'S INSIGHT
Its primary purpose is to know more about you, your stand, your insights, while you are playing this game. This could help your team members in deciding who to vote out and who to keep in, especially to the future jury, because they will decide who deserves to be the sole survivor.

Survivor Question #1
In your opinion, what is an ideal tribe?

Krishna - (Kelly Wiglesworth)
Tribe is a group that has a strong sense of identity and kinship. It has common values, beliefs and interests. For a tribe to be ideal, it needs to act as one. There must be a general agreement among the people to avoid conflicts. Every voice is heard and taken into accounts. There must be a good solidarity despite the different personalities. Everyone knows each other and has real concern and care.

Camomile - (Amber Brkich)
A sociable brimming with self-confidence and maturity and sacrifices itself for the sake of the tribe.

Sprity - (Ethan Zohn)
In my opinion an ideal tribe should have a good communication because communication plays an important role in understanding different thoughts and views. It helps to share more ideas. The tribe should give space for everyone to come out n say what they feel about the decisions.
The tribe captain/leader should be responisble for better communiction. When a tribe loses confidence he has to boost them Up,so that they can fight against their challenges...
Last but not least ...... "UNITED WE STAND, DIVIDE WE FALL"

Jeesan - (Yau-Man Chan)
For me an IDEAL TRIBE is the one that sets examples of excellent co-operation & co-ordination. The tribe mates function similar to the different organs of the human body, one fit for one type of job,
another fit for some other type of job, to give the tribe a life. The castaways do not just wait for one tribe mate to do it all but everyone gives their best efforts and if they are not up to it, they cheer and
help those who are. The tribe mate do not compete with his fellow tribe mates to prove he/she is best, but works along with everyone and gives a shared effort to bring victory to their tribe. Incase of a defeat when the tribe has to go to tribal council, the tribe does not vote out a castaway who has proven by his/her works for the tribe that he/she is a strong contender and can be a threat after the merge (or because he/she is not in friendly terms), but that castaway who was not been able to perform well enough/the least. In doing so, they increase their chances of winning in the upcoming challenges. The Ideal Tribe prevent itself from cracking under pressure and scrutiny and hails itself
VICTORIOUS.

Aladiah - (Amanda Kimmel)
An ideal tribe speaks much of cooperation and coordination between the members. All members work holistically in order to attain a certain purpose wherein their endeavor is directed. The intention of the tribe must be unified for us to link or plot a direct and straight path, meaning there should be plans beforehand. In an ideal tribe, there should be a leader that controls and guides every move that the team has to apply. To meet an ideal tribe, every single person of that tribe
should contribute in the goal attainment in one way or another. Along with these, the tribe must keep harmony and peace while doing their works respectively.

Eragon - (Stephenie LaGrossa)
In my opinion, my ideal tribe is just simple, a big tent, a beach with clear water and has many fish. Many coconut trees... and of course, tools in making food and fire.

Avalanche - (Parvati Shallow)
In my dire desire to understand a better or ideal tribe, my fingers found out its way to the pages and records of the history of human's existence since time in memorial. While trying to consult the police of right thinking, Webster Dictionary reminded me the meaning of ideal. It is "a conception of something in its absolute perfection" and "an ultimate object of endeavor; a goal". On the other hand, tribe is defined as "a unit of sociopolitical organization consisting of a number of families, clans, or other groups who share a common ancestry and culture and among whom leadership is typically neither formalized nor permanent" or "a group of people sharing an occupation, interest,
or habit" In this regard, an ideal tribe, in my own perception, is a powerful group of individuals working harmoniously in the attainment of a common goal. People interacting in a tribe are binded by their desire to reach the zenith of success. Their common interest is the main factor of the co-existence.
Applying these principles in our game, Survivor: Philippines, this is a tribe with castaways who have the winning attitude. These are the people who have the belief, attitude and commitment to raise the tribe to a higher level. These are the people who can always turn every negative into positive and have the willingness to apply and learn new and effective ideas.
In short, an ideal tribe is synonymous to VISAYAS TRIBE.

Happy_Face - (Eliza Orlins)
An Ideal Tribe must have a Good Teamwork & a Good Attitude
A Good Team work is that it is very important so that tribe mates will not quarrel and Fight and have good Cooperation. Cooperation is important so that no one is left out and Cooperation is important so that we can do things fast and not slow. A Good Team work is a start to
a chain of Fortunate events.
A Good Attitude means that we must have a positive mind and be optimistic in every way, do their best in every challenge and even though they are on the verge of losing, they are still having a positive mind and they always listen to the leader when discussing strategies and plans.

Farah - (Jenna Morasca)
In my opinion an ideal tribe should work together and help each other so that the relationship between the members becomes closer and maintain good reputation of the tribe.Furthermore,
communication also important in teamwork, Good communication helps each tribe to be more focus on what they do. Each tribe must have the 'give and take' personality so that they can avoid from any problems that occurs.
An ideal tribe should hold the others down. Do not blame when someone do small mistakes. Blame them when they do the big mistakes! (JUST KIDDING!) haha..
What I’m trying to say is believe each other, work hard and help each member to solve the challenges if they need helps.
Remember lose together, win together...TEAMMATES!!

Alenn_Wafu- (Cirie Fields)
An Ideal tribe should always possess cooperation and teamwork. They will not succeed if they will not help each other.
The tribe members should encourage each other to do better. If they failed, they must not blame each other but instead, cheer your members up so you'll do better next time.

Kyle_Trager - (Rob Mariano)
Ideally, a tribe is just another term for a TEAM. There is UNITY, ohhh I love that word... ONENESS.... SINGLENESS....whateverness... lol...... that's my simple idea of what a tribe should be. (Unfortunately, saying the word IDEAL is like me while daydreaming... lol...hehe...)

Alan_Ariel - (Burton Roberts)
In my opinion, ideal tribe means the idea or concept of a sociopolitical organization consisting of a number of families, clans, or other groups being perfect... Well, it doesn't have to be perfect because nobody's perfect... Some ideal tribes are just imaginations; they only exist in your mind...

NooxPhe2 - (Danni Boatwright)
Ideal tribe, Tribe mates who give teamwork, never argue and always doing something together...

ConanDao - (Ashley Massaro)
In my opinion, an Ideal tribe is a tribe where there is teamwork and always friendly...

Eragon, I think I can't vote since I am not a player.

Benj, I am rooting for NooxPhe2. But, honestly, I really find the Visayas banner better but all of them are good.

Luzon is good also but for me, it doesn't look like a banner anymore but more of a postcard.

Mindanao banner is also good but I believe it is overly done and exaggerated.
