UPDATE and little bit of spoiler:

Farah, we are waiting in the spirit of the Olympics....Rich countries help smaller countries in their game preparations.

I am seeing TAR 10 here particularly that leg in Madagascar. The taker of the Fast Forward did not checked in first!!!!

Aladiah, you were u-turned by a racer so answer the other detour which is GUIDE.
