Update and little of spoiler:

1. Benjbuddy and Alenn_wafu forgot to name the name of the mountain at the first route info.

2. NooxPhe2 and Jeesan forgot to name the first Kiwi to scale the God of all boondocks (NooxPhe2, you know that I only consider first answer so I can't accept your appeal)

3. Only one of you got the correct name for that first Kiwi.

Okay, let's try to analyze the questions:

1. first Kiwi to scale the God of all boondocks - Kiwi is the native of New Zealand/ scale means climb in this situation, God means the highest in this situation and boondocks is synonymous to mountain though wikipedia defines it as the rural or in the mountains

So, this means, the first person from New Zealand who climbed Mt. Everest

2. arrange in order according to UNANNOUNCED category - this means that you can do ascendingly or descendingly, but you have to guess the category so this involves luck but if you have read wikipedia by typing New Zealand, then you'll figure it out

3. I asked you to skydive. You should know the required height to go skydiving. Can you do that with the height of the building of your choice?If you do that, you'll die.

For alenn_wafu.........Your choice of flight. It is the last flight. You skydived in a non-existing building. How could you go on air without a height reference? You skydive in the ground? Your choice of detour, apparently, I marked that as the slowest detour.
