Possible COUNTRIES TARA 3 will visit

I am preparing a list of the possible countries where TARA will visit on its third season. I am just finalizing it so watch out for it

I told you before that I am making a list about all the possible coutries TARA 3 will visit. It is taking me long because I am very busy with other things so I will try to post the countries here every now and then. Then, I will complie it before the show airs by November or October.

But before I start enumerating the countries, I will give you first the possible continents they will be rcing.

1. Asia - Of course, this is The Amazing Race Asia

2. Oceana - Direct TV is an Australian company so they have their hearts for countries situated in the OCeana and the Pacific

3. Europe - Yes, Bertram is there already and if the producer can get a Schengen visa for the racers, then they have a lot of coutries to choose from in Europe. There are more than 20.

4. Africa - The chance is 50 by 50. But I am guessing that they will go at least one country near Europe but a part of Africa.

5. South America - The chance is 75%. They have presented Africa last season and since they want another surprise for Season 3, they might pick up South America or the Caribbean.

6. North America - The chance is zero since the bigger Amazing Race show is in the USA and getting visa for the Asians is ardouos. I'm crossing out this option.

7. Antartica - A big no especially that Antartica just entered its night time season. Antartica is in full darkness for six months because of that season. Besides, it is too expensive if they go there. Even Amazing Race US never attempted to go in that part of the world.

Just my 2 cents worth.

I am presenting you part one of my forecast. The following are the countries we might see on the next season.

1. BRAZIL - Though it is not generally safe to go to Latin America, Brazil is one of the coutries they will think of. It is a big country and they will definitely choose a city or a state in Brazil where they are guaranteed of the safety of the racers. Sau Paolo, Brasilia and Rio de Janeiro are nice destinations.

Nationals of the Philippines, Hong Kong (British national but not HKSAR), South Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, New Zealand and France can easily go to Brazil without acquiring visa and can stay in the country for not more than 90 days.

Unfortunately, passports holders from India, Japan, Taiwan, Australia, USA and Canada have to secure visa boefore entering the country.


2. PALAU -Yes, the possibility that they will be going to Palau is high. Of all the countries in the Oceana, this is the best option since all countries generally in Asia can enter Palau and will just buy promotional tourisn visa at the immigration. They can stay in Palau for not more than 30 days There is no much hassle for the crew and the racers. I don't know if they will still go to New Zealand. So this is the replacement for NZ.


3. AUSTRALIA - The possibility that they will be returning to Australia is high also if we pattern the trend to last season when they visited New Zealand for the second consecutive season. Aside from that, the TV company that is producing the show is an Australian television outfit.

4. MOROCCO - If they will go to Africa, this country is the best option next to South Africa. Getting in Morocco is quite easy especially for passport holders from the Philippines, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, USA, UK and France. They can enter the country witout obtaining entry visa as long as they don't stay there for more than 90 days.

Yes it's okay...it's only the capital city Dhaka that's a bit volatile and clashes at times erupt from politics....but the other places that are more distinct to the country are fine & safe, provided you have an appropriate guide....it'd be great to see TARA coming to my city or to some places like the coral island St. Martin's (getting a bit crowded with tourists now a days though) or the more secluded like Rajbari, Khagrachari, Moheshkhali, Inani, The Hilltracts and all....

In that way TARA would be breaking new grounds visiting a country not yet visited by TAR

its kashmir andrea.... put it is not that much safe place.... there are more restriction there....

i think the other places where they can go to Karnatka,kerala(known as God's own Country),tamilnadu,Goa,Andra pradesh......

It would be nice to visit again some European countries like UK, France, and Portugal.
