I think admin should have another Top Poster rank for non-moderators or normal forummers.....so they know where they stand

It is only fair because most of the top posters are Moderators.....

Look on your lefthand side....top 10 posters mostly in green we also want to see colourful nicks too....

You can actually check the number of post of all the forum-ers here. Just click MEMBERLIST in your navigation link. Click SORT BY (you can choose last visit, total post or date joined) and then click DESCENDING or ASCENDING. Then click OK

There you will also know when was the last time they visited and the date they joined.
