BATANES

The island-province of Batanes was created by a series of volcanic activities and other geologic forces millions of years ago.

The province is home to the famous Ivatans who are nationally acclaimed as the “True Insulares.” The Ivatans are of Malay stock, tracing their roots to early immigrants from Formosa, Taiwan as well as Spaniards who came to the island in the 16th century. Being an insular people, the Ivatans have kept the purity of their gene pool through time.

Batanes lies at the northernmost tip of the Philippines, where the Pacific Ocean merges with the South China Sea. It is composed of three major islands, namely: Batan which contains the capital town of Basco, Sabtang, and Itbayat. Close by are seven islets including Amianan, which is the closest to Formosa. Thus, Batanes has been identified as the country’s potential gateway to East China.

btw it's really beautiful especially the second picture with deers, it looks very picturesque, it's like shot in europe, or australia, new zealand or something it was really nice, nakikita ko rin sya sa tv paminsan-minsan hehe parang african safari sa pilipinas

All I can say is that BALURTE is really a good place to visit. I think the landsape is patterned from those places you have mentioned.

BATANES......kay gandang tingnan.....*sighs*
one thing i don't like Batanes is that palagi itong binabagyo...

ohhh forgot to tour you in manila...... i'll do more posts later

I haven't been in Paco Park but seeing it in TARA makes me want
to go there
also in Manila Ocean Park :ykram:

Actually yong "tip" nakuha natin yan sa mga americans sila yong mahilig
mag tip..yong mga europeans naman hindi sila mahilig mag tip pero sa
ngayon practice narin nila yan.

Ang mga pinoy mahilig kumain..sabi nga nila bakit raw ang mga pinoy oras oras kumakain parang hindi nabubusog..

hindi naman benj..lahat naman ng country may snacks kaya lang hindi
katulad sa atin na sobra kung kumain..Nasabi ko lang ito kasi lahat ng

pinoy kaligayahan ang kumain hehe..

Tubbataha Reef is an atoll coral reef located in the Sulu Sea, 98 nautical miles (181 km) southeast of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, the Philippines. It is a marine sanctuary protected as Tubbataha Reef National Marine Park.

bagoong is delicious you are not filipino if u don't eat bagoong
