JonLover is the winner because he displayed wit. He had the most honest answer to the question and his idea is not common as compared to the others.

All of the contestants mentioned that they will pray and pray and ask forgiveness. Definitely, if you are having 2 hours left on this earth, you have done that prior.

Eating all the foods he never tasted before gives the judges an assurance that JonLover is contented what life had offered him. That means that he is ready to face death and he will die with happiness in his heart.

That is the reason why he won the pageant. The answer is full of wits and honesty.

I think I have to disagree with your answer...

Yes, I respect your opinion which I also expect from you. We don't share the same wavelenght and points of view. The explanation is given already and I don't think it is hard to comprehend. I repeat it, I am looking for the most unique answer. Besides, the result was given by 3 judges.

The question was actually asked in the Miss Universe 1996 in LAs Vegas, Nevada, USA. That year was won by Miss Venezuela, Alicia Machado, the fourth Miss Universe titleholder from that South American beauty superpower.

Probably, JonLover watched it because Miss Venezuela and JonLover had the same answer. Yes, Monica. That same answer was delivered by Alicia Machado of Venezuela which made her the winner of Miss Universe 1996.

This is a fact and not a fabrication. Probably, me and the 1996 Miss Universe judges share the same wavelength. The universe actually agrees with me.

if you based on the real beauty pageant like Ms World or Ms Universe who won the crown by giving such answer, that means it is wrong....they wonn not because base on the answer alone....they total up all the points of the pageant...only the last point they make it a secret.....

OK let me ask you...if you knew that you would only live for few hours....do you still have appetite to eat? It is normal for ppl to be scare if they knew, but of course if you are prepare to go to hell then maybe you think of eating out of everything....heheheh

Camomile, it seems that you don't really have knowledge when it comes to beauty pageant. Darling, I want to give you a lecture. You are absolutely wrong with your ideas. In the final three, the only basis of the judges in declaring the winner is the question and answer. They call it beauty and brains or beauty with a purpose or beauty with a cause. That is the round where INTELLIGENCE plays a very important role in the pageant. If you are watching the prestigious pageants on earth not like Ms. so and so in your locality, the host always announces this " Now, your score is back to zero" That means, during the last part of the pageant, the most crucial part of the evening, and that is the question and answer, the candidates are competing anew with no earned points from the preliminary. Darling, beauty plays a role, that is true but that is during the preliminary when judges look for Top 12 to Top 3. But when it comes to the winner, it is solely based on the Q&A. This is what happened to Miss Philippines Miriam Redentor Quiambao in the 1999 Miss Universe pageant in Chaguaramas and Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago. During the final 3, Miss Spain's, Miss Botswana's and Miss Philippines' scores were set to zero. Miriam did not confidently answer the question while Mpule Kweglagobe answered it with ease and overflowing confidence. That made Miss Botswana the winner.

This is also the case in 1969 Miss Universe in Miami, Florida, USA when the Q&A was first introduced in the world. The winner was Miss Philippines Gloria Diaz. She answered the question fluently with all honesty and that made her the winner.

Again, in 1996 when that question was asked in the pageant, Miss Aruba and and Miss Finland answered by stating that they would repent, pray and spend the hour with their families. Duh, what an unintelligent common answer that even grade one students would definitely first think when they are asked of the same question.

Again, we are looking the most unique answer. Besides, this is the decision of my judges. AND YOU HAVE TO RESPECT THAT.

What is wrong with you, Camomile, is that you are thinking that all the people in the world behave like how you behave. If for you, you can't eat, there are people on this earth who would love to eat in that remaining 2 hours of their lives. So, if you have deprived yourself of eating because you are in a diet, the first thing that will come to your mind is to get the things you did not have.

In judging answers in a pageant, you have to see the relevance of their answers to their personality and don't compare it to your own belief. Look for an answer which is not common and look at the confidence level of all the contestants.

JonLover, why don't you speak up here. Why don't you defend yourself. Camomile is laughing at your answer and she is really questioning your intelligence.
