TARF3: Connoisseurs vs. Neophytes

I get it... The Connoisseur's are the one who already played TARF before and Neophytes are the first timers..

PART1
:!: RULES of the GAME :!:
A. ROADBLOCK
1. Roadblock is only present during an intersection and when three racers are left.
2. Penalty for not doing this task will automatically take you to last place.(applicable for 3 racers remaining)
3. Penalty for not doing this task in an intersection: the partnerA who chose to do the task will go 3 ranks down. The partnerB on the otherhand go 1 rank down.

B. DETOUR.
1. Detour for a leg is usually posted before the leg itself. Choose a detour or I will randomly choose a detour for you. Once you have locked in your choice of detour, no changing. You are only to answer your choice of detour.
2. Penalty for changing detour: 4 ranks down.

C. FASTFORWARD
1. First come first serve. You may or may not use it. Use it once. This will automatically take you to first place, BUT if you have 1 wrong answer 1 rank down. 2 or more wrong answer will take you to 3rd place.

D. SPEEDBUMP
1. Speedbump is to be answered only by a racer who made it to a nonelimination pitstop. It is posted not only after the NEL leg but can be posted at other legs.
2. Penalty for not answering: 3 ranks down.

E. INTERSECTION
1. Announced when an intersection will be present next leg. Choose a partner. You can switch BUT when the actual leg starts no switching. Roadblock will be present here too, so decide among yourselves on who will be doing the roadblock.
2. There is a penalty. The racer who is not able to do the roadblock will go 3 ranks down. His partner on the otherhand 2 ranks down.
3. Your partner is not allowed to answer for your team. If so, you go 3 ranks down and the one who should do the roadblock will go 2 ranks down.

F. YIELD
1. You are allowed to use yield once. It's your call to indicate how many ranks down for the racer you yielded. Your choice for your call 1, 2, 3, or 4 ranks down. Do not exceed. Or your will decrease your rank by 5.
2. If you use yield twice and use a U-turn after using a yield, penalty: 7 ranks down.

G. U-Turn
1. Use U-turn when you haven't used a yield yet. But you can no longer use a yield.
2. Violation to this will decrease you 6 ranks down.
3. The u-turned racer must answer both detours.

H. TICKET
1. You may use or not. This will automatically take you to first place. BUT on the next leg you must come in first or your rank will decrease by 7. You may not answer all the questions.
2. HOWEVER, if you answer the questions and all are answered correctly with no mistakes, the penalty(the 7 ranks down) on the next leg will be disregarded.

I. TRAFFIC
1. One racer may use this. No further description until you encounter this.


**NOTE**
1.FF, Yield, U-turn, Ticket, Traffic, and Speedbump are posted at the actual leg.
2. All questions must be answered.
3. There are rare legs that is not time based but your answer still counts. It is announced.
