This is Madrid, the capital and largest city of Spain. It is the third largest city of the European Union, after London and Berlin.
The city is located on the river Manzanares both in the centre of the country and Community of Madrid (which comprises the city of Madrid, its subsequent conurbation and extended suburbs and villages); this community is bordered by the autonomous communities of Castile and León and Castile-La Mancha.

Located on the Plaza de Cibeles, is the Palacio de Communicaciones, the headquarters of Spain's post office, and was the 10th PitStop in the race around the world.

Teams checked-in here for a mandatory rest period where they can eat, sleep and mingle with the other teams. What teams don't know is how to get to the next yellow and red route marker, they will know it by solving clues in sealed envelopes.

Brandon & Nicole who were the first team to arrived at 9.35 AM will depart at 9.35 PM.
