Last week, 1 of the idols went home. Now, 9 idols left. And tonight, they will perform again to get your votes. I'm Eragon. And this is World Idol!

Hello folks! I'm glad you voted for me and still kept me here! Please continue to do so.

To make up a bit for the long delay I caused last week, I'm gonna give the first performance of the week. I've chosen to perform Neil Diamond's "I'm a believer" that was also performed by my co-idol here Brooke White on American Idol 7. Now I know Simon dubbed it as a "Nightmare", possibly one of the most negative words that could be used to desribe a performance, but I'm confident enough to dare to attempt this. A surge of confidence made me realise that regardless of how a song was commented in the past, it's upto you and only you on how the judges comment on your performance. Yes, there's a risk that performing something that had been performed earlier could have some negative effects but then what's life without risk. But most importantly I BELIEVE that I have the voice to sing this song beautifully and impress the judges and yes, that includes Simon Cowell too. So Simon here I come and just like you say things straight cut, this week I wont say "I 'hope' you like it" or anything, I'll say Simon Cowell will praise this performance of mine!

On a positive note, I think that both Simons would see the great improvement in my style and how I sang it tonight. I'm pretty sure that they'll be impressed from the mistake (if ever I had any!) I did, when I sang this song the But I'm still crossing my fingers and the "Simon loves me (this week)" t-shirt is just ready to be worn again. :)

Good evening world, I am Chris Richardson, back for this week to give you another dose of my music. I'll be singing 'Tainted Love' which is originally sang by soft cell. when Danny Noriega sang the song, he was commented with a not-so pleasant 'horrible performance' by Simon. Unfortunately the said performance was his last in the idol stage. And tonight, I dare to sing the same song but will deliver a better performance. I am here not only to impress simon but to make him realize that I can change impressions. As one song say, fortune favors the brave.... and now I'll take the risk no matter where it leads me. I'll sing the song in beat and make the stage my own!

Simon's comment to Jason's performance: You're like a kid forced by your mother to sing... You were miserable throughout, I was partly miserable throughout... It was a struggle...
