I'll make it 5! SELAMAT HARI RAYA HAJI!!!Here it's Qurban(i) Eid Mubarak! I was wondering whether in Malaysia Singapore, sacrifice of any kind of cattle in the name of Allah is done? Here, all those who can afford, sacrifice a cow per seven person in their family or dear ones, or one goat person. But I heard there are 'hygiene' rules in Singapore that do not allow slaughtering of animals at one's own place?

Usually, the sacrifice was done at the mosques. Most Singaporeans will sacrifice sheeps. Not many sacrifice a cow....sheep is cheaper.
As for me and family, my mom already sacrifice us with 2 cows for the whole family in my Mom's hometown in Johor.

Oh, here we do it at our frontyard or garage, infront of the whole famlily! Sheep isn't quite available here so my family sacrificed one cow and one goat this year, my dad's at hajj so this time I had to manage everything, it was quite hectic for me, so not much fun this Eid!
