You can make some point systems for users performance or down works...

Btw...why the need the point systems for users performance?
Fan ranking is good enough....this is not like a job interview to evaluate somebody just to be selected.....

Emo, Camomile is right. We are still enjoying the new ranking system that we have now although in the near future, we might consider what you have suggested. We are not throwing out the idea.
