World Idol 2: Week 1 1552vya

I'm Eragon, the very new host of this search, and this is World Idol!

Before we begin the performances of our idol hopefuls, let us make way to our top 12.

Im going to sing Don’t Speak by No Doubt which is my favorite band!

I really like this song because I can relate to its message. This song tells a story about two people, (who can be best friends,
lovers, siblings or any kind that shares deep and meaningful
relationship) who once used to be so close and everything seemed so
perfect until…

I am expecting that I can deliver the song with the right mix of emotions and
attitude and I hope the judges as well as the viewers will like my performance.

World Idol 2: Week 1 Cooksm11

What will you sing in Week 1 of World Idol & Why?

I'm gonna sing Iris by Goo Goo Dolls. I chose this song because I want to start the week with a "BANG!". This would be easy for me since my main genre in music is Rock. I will rock the house by singing this song and this is song is really close to my heart. For now, I will stick to my main genre but expect a more versatile David Cook in the following weeks.

What do you expect on your first performance in World Idol?

I'm expecting that my very first performance will be a very memorable one because the song that I will be singing is close to the hearts of many people. I hope that my skills as a singer is still sparkling and shining and I hope that it will be enough to stand out among the other hopefuls.
