INDIA being the second populated country in Asia has played a vital role in Amazing Race....
The TAR team has invaded india many times. Delhi,Kolkata,Chennai,Mumbai are their targets....
Busy Local trains,Taxi,auto,Food and environments are really tuff for the racers who are new to India.
But i always find that the Indians help the racers and they are really good to them...

One India team participated in TARA1.
Prashant & sahil represented for india. But their dream was shattered when they breaked the rules....
In TARA2 there was no team to respresent India
In Tara3 2 teams represented India.

In The Amazing Race 1(TAR 1) the team visited India in their 7th leg from Italy.
The Detour of this leg was Glide or Ride. In Glide, teams took a glider ride with a professional glider, first come, first serve. In Ride, teams had to ride bikes with a map to the clue box. The Fast Forward was to find Castello Estense and ride a boat in the moat to find a clue on the wall. The Roadblock was to hire a rickshaw and find a shopkeeper in Red Fort Market
Their entire Leg 8 was in India. Delhi was their main place of visit.
The Detour of this leg was Elephant or Rowboat. In Elephant, teams had to find a holy man by riding an elephant to his location. In Rowboat, teams had to find a holy man using the boat to get to his location. The Roadblock was to find a jar of clues in Karni Mata Temple, a temple of rats, with only socks on. The unused Fast Forward had teams traveling to Jantar Mantar to climb 22 or 33 steps
In Leg 9 they moved to Thailand from Delhi (Indira Gandhi International Airport) to Bangkok.

They made their way to kerala(known as god’s own country)

From cochin Airport they took flight to Malaysia.

THE AMAZING RACE 6
Leg 9 & 10…
This time they landed in Kolkatta formerly known as calcutta.
The Fast Forward instructed teams to travel to a temple and engage in head shaving, a traditional Hindu ritual.
In Leg 10 They took flight from Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport to NEWZEALAND.

The teams landed in Lucknow. They did a roadblock,detour in Lucknow…
At Pitstop teams are told this is not the Pit Stop and must continue
Then they travelled to Jodhpur,rajastan.
At the starting of Leg 9 they made their way to TURKEY from Jodhpur Airport

THE AMAZING RACE 10
Vipul & Arathi for the first Indian couple to participate in the Race.
Leg 5 & 6
From Vietnam they made their way to Chennai.
The Detour in this leg was Wild Things or Wild Rice. In Wild Things, teams had to go to the Madras Crocodile Bank and help the workers wrangle a marsh crocodile to move it to a new pit. In Wild Rice, teams had to use colored powder made from rice to color an intricate floral design. For the Roadblock, one team member had to take a driving test that would allow them to obtain an Indian driver's license.
In leg 6
They made their way to Kuwait…

really.... then i have to find one.... actually my frnds are not interested in this race....

In TARA 3 they made their 8 Leg to Cochin In INDIA....
After doing the bungy jump(Road block) in hong Kong
5 teams made their way to cochin....
After receiving the Blessing from a priest the teams made their way to bath an elephant. Then they chosed their detour Fish or Fill...
They made their way to pitstop in Bounty Palace.
Geoff n tisha came first.
Henry n bernie were eliminated in the race....

In TARA 3 they made their 9th Leg to pune In INDIA....
Henry n bernie were eliminated in cochin. so remaining 4 teams made their way to pune stadium to play cricket.
After playing th ecricket task they made their way to do a roadblock. The team member has to find the bride with correct turban.
then they made their way to sony world n took sony handy cam to shoot a joke from the local people.
Then their next clue stated crush or push. The teams has to push pots to another shop or they have to crush sugarcane n make 40 glasses of juice n sell it....
ida n tania choosed push while others crushed....
Then sam n venice went to grab the next clue which cautioned about U-turn...
sam n venice,idan tania didnt used U-turn...
It was a close chasing between Geoff& tisha and A.D & fuzzie. Sam n venice came first to pitstop n ida n tania came second....
Geoff n Tisha U-turned A.D & fuzzie... so A.D & fuzzie went back to perform push...
others made their way to pitstop b4 A.d n Fuzzie finished their detour...
A.D n Fuzzie were the last team to arrive but luckily it was predetermined NEL...
Four teams Remains....Who will make it to top 3...
