It's time for Eragon Amazing Race 5!

Race Glossary:
Detour: A choice between two task. Each with its own pros and cons.

Roadblock: A task in which only one member of the two-person Team may participate.

Fast Forward: Allows the Team that completes the FAST FORWARD task to proceed directly to the next PIT STOP without having to do any further tasks on the way. Only the first Team to find and complete the FAST FORWARD may use it.

Yield: Gives Teams the chance to force another Team behind them to stop racing for a period of time. A Team may use the YIELD on another Team only once throughout the entire race.

Eragon Amazing Race 5 - Race Started! Route_13

Route Info: A clue that marks the locations of where contestants can find further instructions. It can also contains an additional task.

U-Turn: It is always placed immediately after a Detour. When there was going to be a U-Turn, the teams would find the message "Caution, U-Turn Ahead" in their clue. The penalty differs from the Yield in that the affected team loses no specific amount of time, but instead they must complete the Detour task which they did not just previously complete (hence, they must complete both detours).

Intersection: Requires each team to pair up with one other team and perform all tasks and make decisions together until further notice. Should there be no other teams present when a given team arrives at the Intersection route marker, they must wait there until another team arrives, though they do not have to partner with that team and can opt to wait for another team instead. Teams are free to choose their partner team if multiple teams are present.

And the newest element of the race!

Spoiler: All teams has their own station for this. If they choose to use this, they must guess what's the next clue (Detour, Roadblock, Additional Task, etc). If they guess it correctly, they may skip the next task and may proceed to the next clue. However, if they got it wrong, they will be given a 10-minute penalty. A team can only use this once throughout the entire race.

This season, 11 teams of two from Asia will be racing around the world for $1,000,000.
