yea right, krish!in davao abs has a clearer reception compared
to gma, thats y abs has more viewers - so its the other way

pinoy idol pilot episode was a big disappointment...

it is literally the first pinoy idol
but actually the second idol show in the philippines

sadly, so many people aren't liking the show yeah i must say it's really not very good, it's just ok. many are also saying that the elimination last week was the worst episode ever. almost all people in the pinoy idol forum are saying they don't like the stage because it's so small, the sound is poor, the lame host, copy-cat judges, the statue audiences and most especially they hate the director. i kinda agree to them, but i'm still looking forward for some improvements, i still have high hopes for the show, especially the contestants, i love them, they are all so talented, they all have potentials.

Philippine Idol (ABC5) IMO, is much better. I don't like how the GMA completely ignored that one yet it is much better than Pinoy Idol.

I kinda agree with you, they have the better host, better judge (except for francis m.) and better sound system. But I really think Pinoy idol have more interesting contestants than Philippine Idol. I'm also anticipating the top 12 stage of pinoy idol, i really hope it's going to be beautiful.

Yeah, I'm so annoyed with Raymond Gutierrez..

he's so scripted, he don't cope with the situation, he don't know how to react and comment with what's happening, so robotic... also others are saying that his voice is really annoying and nasal

A good host should handle every situations well and must deliver adlibs.

I doubt there would be a second season, but i'll take that with a grain of salt because GMA always thinks their shows are phenomenal.

I've watched few episodes of Philippine Idol again last night, and Ryan Agoncillo was really good, he can handle situations really well and can deliver funny adlibs

I hope to have a season 2 but this time I want Drew Arellano as the new host, from the very start many like drew arellano to host the show because he's witty and funny.

regarding on how GMA runs the show...... my opinion sticks with alenn's. As of now, i still think the ABC5 philippine idol was better but let's wait how will GMA intervene on their flaws...
and one suggestion I can give is to replace raymond as early as now! who knows, Pinoy idol still got a chance to redeem itself without raymond and the other judges.. hehe
owwhh and one more thing, GMA should make use of their large building... I think it's spacious enough to house the pinoy idol but they are just giving a slight spot for the show and that bothers me a lot. lol
