From the wonderful videos of Camomile she posted in this board, I have seen the opening billboard for TARA 3 (well get a clearer copy soon). It looks like AXN doesn't want to spoil its audience this time. I think they just recycled footages from Season 1 and 2 -some are obvious like that dancing Indonesian local.

But Allan mentioned in his spiels that the show is Amazing Race Asia and BEYOND. So am I right again if they have gone to Morocco? LOL

It was actually the guy cycling/riding the cyclo, but he stopped where I was to change with the girl. That's the team who asked me for direction. I pointed them to the flag of the Citadel (which was the general direction they were headed for). There was a cyclo driver/rider behind them. He looked at me and we laughed together, tickled by the fact that 'tourists' were riding the cyclo. This team is quite a distance from the rest. Say, about 1km or so.
It's quite easy to spot the teams. There's always a slow-moving jeep/4WD following and filming behind them.

As I was walking away from their destination, I saw another jeep/4WD. But I didn't see any participants with them.

I've attached the photo I took. Hope it's of some interest.

I say I am 75% sure it would be non-elimination leg also.

Aurelius and I were discussing this at the AXN forum. We were sharing each other why we think it would be NEL. Then all of sudden the thread disappeared. The webmaster deleted it. Very Happy

I came up with an idea how they placed the NEls and ELs and so far I am right with my speculation. That was in the thread created by Banzai. I said first two legs would be elimination and the third would be non-elimination or TBC.

The reason why I said this is an elimination because leg 3 is still in Vietnam. The show recieved criticisms, a lot of harsh criticisms actually, when the second leg in the Philippines was an elimination which gave Monica and Edwin of Hong Kong no time to catch up or not even bunching at some points. TARA doesn't want this to happen again for sure. So they will avoid this and it is rational to say it would be NEL or TBC. Very Happy

Let's try to interpret the e-mail from Shirley who witnessed the filming of TARA 3 in Hue, Vietnam. She saw the teams racing to Citadel or Hue Imperial Palace on the 25th of May at around 2pm-3pm.

1. After I left the

The first pair I saw, I vaguely remember a bald/clean-shaven Caucasian man. I can't remember his companion.

3. The third team I saw (I think, I can't remember with the

======Big size??? Could be Tania since she is tall. She said one of the lady could be Asian. Ida looks very Asian not to be noticed.

So, if there were no more teams ahead of these teams who arrived between 2pm-3pm at Hue Citadel then we can say:

5th - Unknown
6th - Unknown
7th - Unknown
8th - Unknown

Sam and Vince were allegedly been in Hong Kong enroute to Cochin, India. An Indian blogger by the name of Aravind heard Tisha and Geoff saying they were 2 hours ahead of Sam.

So, the last place is a battle among 3 teams: Henry and Bernie; Natalie and Pailin; and Kapil and Niroo.

This explains the preview for Leg 3 showing Henry and Bernie having a minor cyclo accident for rushing or speeding. They were really in a hurry.

Natalie and Pailin checked in last leg probably 5-8 hours behind the other teams so it's most likely the beauty queens will be the last team to check in but will be saved by a NEL or TBC.

You are correct that in the blog of Aravindt, he mentioned about "Simon" instead of "Sam".

Our blogger is not really sure about what he heard. (They call Sam as Simon actually) And since we don't have a racer whose name is Simon, Aravindt could have actually heard Sam and not Simon. Or it was really Simon and Tisha/Geoff purposely called him in that name.

lol. i bet alot of amazing race avid fans do that. its just that some are active and some are passive. ive always wanted to post but always seems to be hesitating. the last time i ever posted was 8 months back during tara 2 about my race dream at axn forum if you saw and remembered it. but that didnt exactly came true lol. now im just hoping what you guys said about sam and vince being safe until india is true.

Oh, yes, good thing you brough that topic out again. The order is I think based on their numbers when they started the race. That's the number tag in their back packs. I forgot where I have seen it but I try to see recall.
